2- Sewage and storm water drainage which include but not limited the following;
- Sewage and storm water collection and drainage
- Pumping, lifting, and sewage treatment stations
3- Fire fighting system which include but not limited the following;
- Underground storage tanks and pump rooms
- Water systems (wet Pipe System; dry Pipe System, pre-action…..)
- Gas systems (FM200 and CO2 system)
- Fire fighting network
4- Irrigation network which include but not limited the following;

- Irrigation piping network
5- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning which include but not limited the following;
- Chilled water plant and pump room
